Orders are shipped via USPS.  Normally orders are processed & shipped within 2-3 business days (this does not include transit time from USPS to your doorstep).  Please be aware orders placed during holiday seasons and sales may require extra processing time.  We will be sure to notify you if there are any delays.  Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

Please be sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We will not issue a refund due to an incorrect shipping address.  It is your responsibility to make sure this info is correct!


We believe 100% in our products. If you should receive defective goods please notify us within 5 days of receipt. We may ask that the defective merchandise is returned to us in order to confirm the issue(s) at hand. Once the goods have been returned and the problem is verified we will ship your replacement items at no cost to you as well as refund any costs incurred in the return of original merchandise. We cannot guarantee processing of a return if we have not been notified prior to shipment. Please make sure to e-mail us immediately if you should have any problems or concerns.  Due to the nature of our merchandise we are unable to accept returns for anything other than defective goods.
